Luv Handles^® are unique in their simplicity.  They are small, lightweight, simple to use, quick to employ/disengage and easy to store.  Plus, as a safety product, they make perfect SENSE.  A rider on a motorcycle (or similar vehicle) is effectively a human projectile.  Whereas seat belts are a mandatory safety precaution in automobiles, the same is not true on the vehicles here-mentioned and for good reason.  On occasion, as in the event of an accident, it is sometimes in the best interest of the driver/passenger to disengage from the vehicle (bail out), so one cannot realistically be seat-belted into a cycle OR similar type of vehicle (RV).  But to have a mechanism in place for riders to secure themselves to the diriver is a no-brainer.
