PRODUCT MARKETABILITY
  • There is a need.  No same or similar products are currently available on the wholesale or retail market.

  • From a safety standpoint it makes perfect sense from all perspectives.

  • The market for such an item is broad and diverse, applicable to vehicles traveling on both land and water and in all geographic climates.

  • Placing a priority on safety, it would be welcomed by both the recreational sporting industry and the public alike.

  • Its use could be lobbied to local, regional and national legislators for MANDATED use (i.e. seat belts).

  • It is inexpensive to manufacture.

  • It would carry a very affordable retail price.

  • It would be likely garner Name-Brand recognition, and thus market share, even if competitors evolve.

  • Existing big-name vehicle manufacturers may find it desirable to co-promote its use with their products as a safety promotion (Honda, Harley Davidson, BMW, etc.)  Would make good PR and adds little to the cost of the cycling/sporting public.

  • These same manufacturers might wish to add logo advertising to the Luv Handle product. (The hand grip would easily accommodate a logo.)

  • It is simple to make as it employs existing technology to create a new application.

  • It has got a catchy, easy -to-remember name.
